British bike brand Privateer launches electric bike
British mountain bike manufacturer Privateer launched an e-bike called E-161 on July 15 for €7,499. The E-1 61 e-bike comes with a Shimano EP801 motor that supports 85nm of torque and 500W of peak power. The bike comes with a 630Wh Shimano battery that provides power for long rides. Moreover, the frame of Privateer E-161 e-bike is crafted with 6061-T6 aluminum full suspension frame with Fox Float X2 Performance rear shock absorber to provide better riding comfort and stability. The vehicle's front wheel measures 29 inches and the rear wheel measures 27.5 inches, a design that provides better handling and stability.
