A: We have a complete QC system. First, all purchased parts are tested before use; Secondly, there is quality control at every step of the production process. Finally, check all performance after complete assembly, including road test before packaging.
A:If you have forwarder,we can sent the cargo to your forwarder. If not, Gravity will recommend you suitable shipping methods, such as by courier, air or sea shipment.Like DHL, UPS, Fedex, and TNT are acceptable.
A: Price term of EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDP, DDU are acceptable.
-For bulk order, 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
-About the payment term, Gravity accept T/T , L/C, West Union, Money Gram,Visa, Mater Card and etc.
A: Yes. Your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carbon mark, your language etc.
A:yes,we offer sample for quality check. Considering electric bike as big item with certern value,we don't offer free sample and transportation fee is not contained in sample price.
