Q: Where is your company located? How can visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen City China

Q: May I get a sample and how long will it take to delivery?

A. Yes,We can offer you one or two free sample for quick quality check. However you need to pay for the shipping fee.

When you place order to us, we will cut off the sample shipping fee at the total cost.

Q: Can I have my own customized product?

A: Yes. Your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carbon mark, your language etc.

Q:About Payment.

A: Price term of EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDP, DDU are acceptable.

-For bulk order, 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.

-About the payment term, Gravity accept T/T , L/C, West Union, Money Gram,Visa, Mater Card and etc.

Q:About Shipment

A:If you have forwarder,we can sent the cargo to your forwarder. If not, Gravity will recommend you suitable

shipping methods, such as by courier, air or sea shipment.Like DHL, UPS, Fedex, and TNT are acceptable.

Q: How to ensure the quality of your bikes?

A: We have a complete QC system. Firstly, all the components purchased we will test out before using;

secondly, we have quality control during every step in the production process; last but not least, we check

all the performance after fully assembled including road testing before packing.
